Compare And Contrast Max And Fallout 4

Decent Essays
Many people find themselves in a dilemma when choosing a video game to purchase. If you're one that likes action, role-playing, post apocalyptic games, then Mad Max and Fallout 4 are for you. Of the two, I would say that Fallout 4 would give you a better bang for your buck.

Although Mad Max and Fallout 4 have some similarities, I believe Fallout 4 has better game-play and features. In Fallout 4, there is more to do with your weapons and resources. You are able to customize multiple weapons and make them stronger or better with attachments. It also features more mods, which are extra add-ons that you can apply to the game, whereas Mad Max has no mods at all. There are more paths to take and you don't have to play the story mode in order to

With Fallout 4, it has a big enough map that it will take you a while to maneuver around the wasteland. There are more choices in the story as you make your own decisions throughout the game that affects the way it plays out and ends for you. In Fallout 4, you can customize your main character to make it look more like you or make it how you want it in general. It gives you all different kinds of choices when making your character who can also be male or female. Also, in the game your faithful canine companion, which is named Dogmeat, does more to help you. He can help you fight enemies and find treasures that are scattered throughout the wasteland. In Fallout 4, you can interact with more characters and you have more companions at your side. You can also choose which companion is at your side at all times such as having another human or robot or even your dog fighting beside you. There is a lot more detail in the graphics as there are many different landscapes that you play and there is also more than one ending depending on the path you decide to take throughout the game.

Overall, I find that Fallout 4 is a better and more advanced game then Mad Max. I think people would have more fun playing since you can explore many different endings that make or break factions in the strange apocalyptic Boston wasteland. In Fallout 4, your choices are truly yours as you are in control of the game. That alone makes it better and worth the countless amount of hours you play and enjoy
