Compare And Contrast Maslow's Theory Of Hierarchy Needs

Maslow’s theory of hierarchy needs states that as humans meet their basic needs the want to go and satisfy their needs that are greater. His theory to some is often described as a pyramid with it containing five different levels. At the bottom or the first level is the one that contains basic things that you need for survival such as food, sleep, and water. The second level is the one that contains the security needs for shelter and safety. The third level is were social needs happen, such as belonging and affection. The fourth level is where you get needs to fuel your esteem, for things like self-respect, and for the respect of other people in the world. My second goal is to one day travel the world and see some great historical sites. I third and final goal is to one day get married an start a family of my own.
I think that the goals that I have set for my-self to achieve are closely allied with Maslow’s theory of hierarchy and follow all of the necessary steps. Also because they are all reasonable things with in my ability and they give me satisfaction and assurance that I can complete them in a timely manner.
