They both have many similarities, but they also have some differences. Parvana and Malala have many differences. Parvana is an 11 year old girl who lives in Afghanistan. Malala on the other hand is a 18 year old who lives in Pakistan. Parvana is also a fictional character, and Malala is a real girl.
