Our differences can help us grow as beings and definitely help us connect. Our similarities allow us to understand that everyone has a right to make mistakes. I strongly believe that my little family has a wonderful example of the diversity in people’s character. She was born exactly two months after Stas. She was so tiny that she looked like a doll. I was stunned to see such a precious little human. For the most part, she was stern and would not joke with you until she turned one-year old. That is when she started to smile more and giggle. Unlike Stas, Emma started to crawl when she was ten months old. The talking came later on when she was about a year and a half. There is so much care and gentleness in this young girl, who now, is not even three years old. Whenever you are speaking to her it has to be soft and not loud, or else her little lip will start to quiver and she will break out into a sob. Comparing her to most of the three year olds, she is so obedient for a three-year old. When she comes upstairs to visit my parents and I, if her grandmother will offer her a piece of chocolate she will not accept it unless she gets an approval from her Papa. One time when her parents went for a walk and she stayed with my mother and I, there was honey on the table and my mother offered her some because you could see in her look that she exceedingly wanted some. She said, “No nanna, I must ask Papa first, what if he does not let me?” To what my mother said “Well, you are with your nanna and Papa is not home at this moment, so I am in charge, and I let you have some honey.” Moreover, looking at how she plays with her dolls I am so astonished how she takes care of them.
