He talks about how he will support people and try to be peaceful with them. He says he knows it's not an easy task to keep peace at all times, and that it may take a very long time to achieve, but that he isn’t scared to take on the task. The meaning of freedom in the first speech is that we need to show support to our allies by aiding them in battle or else the freedom we have will be in jeopardy. He talks about this in paragraph 32-35 by talking about his nation policy. He talks about how important our support is to our friends and how we can't be free by taking other people's freedom. Lastly the meaning of freedom in the second speech is that we need to come to an agreement and work together with our aggressors because if not we could potentially wipe out the whole human race, as talked about in paragraph 12. He also talks about how he thinks the best thing for everyone is if both sides unite and help people living under hard rule to be set
