Along time ago, people ate foods that are safe for their health and wellness. The people from before also took a lot of time to prepare their own nutrients. So those people were not being impressed by the ideas of food that they are rusted, because all of the foods that they had were natural foods and healthy. Today 's, most of people in the world are very busy. They don’t have time to cook foods at home. That is why most of people are choose to eat foods that are ready cooked. Sometimes, they do not think about what they eat, and if it can affect their health or not.

The people who eat healthy food are staying healthy, fit and even their skin are beautiful. Eating healthy food is good for people who have a heart disease which is caused by being obese. “The types of food you eat, along with your overall dietary pattern, affect many risk factors for heart disease” (Healthy Eating for a Healthy Heart).When the people eat all of the fats, sugars, and salts, their heart can grow weak and it will endanger them. There are many choices that we can make that can either benefit us or be hazardous to our health. There are many factors out there that can cause harm to the body. Eating healthily is very important thing in today’s society and good nutrition is very important in keeping well-being. If people would wholeheartedly adopt by eating healthy food, there would certainly be fewer disease in modern society and people would go through less trouble on an everyday basis. Unlike today’s society, eating disorder will not be necessary. Every teenager will having a good life. Eating healthy would stop you from getting sick, and lower the cost of health care, healthy eating can enrich your body and prevent you from getting high doctor bills. we would have a good life which will be staying in a good health
