Compare And Contrast Brutus And Julius Caesar

Decent Essays
In my compare and contrast essay I am going to talk about Mark Antony and Brutus's speech and Julius Caesar's funeral. I am going to compare and contrast of what they talk about in both of their speech's.

In Brutus's speech He talked about how much he loved Julius Caesar even though he did kill him, but Brutus was his friend. so he talks about his love for Julius but he talks about how he has to kill him, because he is gaining too much power of Rome. That brings up the topic of him telling the audience the reason why he killed his so called friend Julius Caesar. The reason he has he killed him is because he is gaining too much power in Rome, and he says that he loves Rome more then he loved Julius and this caused Brutus to kill Julius.

Judging by the subtitle, which reads: “Caesar conquered Gaul, but awaiting him was the treacherous Brutus.” , it sounds like these two people -…
