Pop art came around in the 1950’s. It is an art movement that uses imagery to advertise. In the United States, artist use pop art to show response on what they feel towards a subject. In contrast, Britain used pop art more academically. Pop art used irony a great bit to show how popular the emphasizing of culture was.
Andy Warhol was born August 6th, 1928.. He graduated from high school at the age of 16. He went to Carnegie Institute of Technology. He got his training in pictorial design. He passed away February 22nd, 1987.
