Andrew Jackson was the seventh president of the United States. He was also known as “The Father of Democracy”. Because Andrew Jackson and John Quincy Adams had a distinct background, the way they govern the country was different. John Adams didn’t want people to get involved into the government. He thought the people from lower class did not understand what was best for them because they did not have education background. Unlike John Quincy Adams, Andrew Jackson was born in a very poor family, so he knows how difficult the life is and the feeling of poverty.
