Company X's Career Assessments

Company X utilizes career assessments to benefit the client career path. The first you views the Career 101 and how it prepare client for the basic academic skills. Second, Company X employs Workeys to the fullness to prepare the work skills. Third, they use Test Adult Basic Education (TABE) to retrieve the English and math skill set of the client. Lastly, Company X recycle Occupational Information Network (O*Net) to get the interested of the client. All of these assessments are what makes company X successful in placing or training 90% of their client job set. All of these assessments are great and work great with this population. The only thing I found wrong with the way this company run things is the way they treat the client like numbers
