The Telos of Peanut Butter The topic I chose was peanut butter. Peanut butter is a very versatile food made from peanuts with an intricate process of making the spread. The spread can be used on anything from Thai food to a regular peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Peanut butter can go either way in isolating us from nature, but not really other people. If it is produced fresh and not made with additives, then it can bring us closer to nature because the product is nature at its finest. On the other hand, if peanut butter is made with preservatives and other ingredients to make it unhealthy or not entirely real for us, and made through a factory it creates a fake source of food for the body to eat.
