If people had their own gardens and consumed organic food, there would be less chemicals consumed and health problems overall. Vegetables and fruit provide antioxindants and nutrients in our body, and knowing exactly how it was processed, the upkeeping, and care for the vegetables that we are consumming has more value in our minds and in our health.
