Two years ago I joined Community Club. Community Club did not just mean helping out the community but being a leader to its youngest members as well. When I first began to start working with children I acted as childish as them. I started acting foolish and unprofessional. But soon enough I began to realize that these kids thought of me as their role model. This meant that I had to change the way I was acting. If these children were following my footsteps, it was my job to lead them to the right path. That is when I knew a change in my behavior was an absolute must.
Watching the other members of my Community Club, I began to act more responsibly. I started off dressing professionally because that is how the other members dressed. It seemed
