Community Based Tryout Summary

Ms. Clemons' vocational goal was to become a cook. When the opportunity for a community based tryout (Cash Saver) became available to her to fill the position as a cook, Ms. Clemons gladly accepted. During the time, Ms. Clemons stated that she had dependable transportation and childcare to accept the community based tryout. However, she did not return after 02/15/2017 to complete the scheduled 80-120 hours of community based services. Ms. Clemons stated that she did not get along with the site supervisor, she did not approve of the way she spoke to employees. Another community based tryout was not available.

At this time, staff recommended that Ms. Clemon's authorization be closed from the workshop because of lack of attendance and continued
