According to the communication questionnaire and scoring guide, I am able to obtain 83 out of 100 score, which is good. I strongly believe that communication must be excellent and I always struggle to reach myself to the excellent level. When I communicate with people, they usually understand my feelings and thoughts and I always try my best to solve the communications issues. I often know the causes of communication breakdown such as poor understanding, inappropriate message and education level and emotional status of messenger. I often try to attract people by maintaining personality such as well dress up, smiling face, asking for help and others. I have less skills to gain cooperation of others, which may affects the communication so I will pay more attention in these communication skills.
Communication skills can be improved by practicing continuously or involving in communication with different people. I believe that it is just a skills and it may vary from person to person but it is not impossible to improve the communication. The things that required to optimize the communication skills are positive thinking, active listening, feedbacks, cooperation and assertiveness to increase my communication skills.
