Communication skills are of great importance in any field. Good communication skills is crucial and plays an important part to safe and smooth nursing practice. Appropriate communication with other workers, physicians, patients, their families, other healthcare team is necessary to achieve a better outcome with minimal or no errors and ensuring that each patient needs are fully met.
