Communication Skills Self Assessment

Based on my Problem Solving Self-Assessment, that when I try to problem solve it could be hit or miss. I usually know what to do but also I can also be very confused on the situation and not know what to do. My stronger areas would be knowing how to take advantage of a situation and asking good question to solve the problem. Those questions could either turn the problem into a bigger mess or it could be solved. Problem-solving can be easy to me, it just depends on the situation. I can be really good in one situation and know exactly how to fix it. But with the other situation I can be really bad and not really understand what I could do to fix the issue.

My Communication Skills Self-Assessment told me that I really think before I speak. I think about how what I’m about to say will affect the person I talk to. I don't like to talk over text or email whatever I type can be taken a different way than the way I say it. I like to have upfront conversations to people so they can get my message directly. I took a CIS college class and it helped me improve on my computer skills so I found this self assessment to be really easy and I scored highly. I learned that I know how to do formulas and create charts on Excel with no issues. I also learned that I can properly shut down and turn on a computer. My technology skills can be used in many ways to improve the way I do things. Knowing how to use my resources can help me do my research much faster and easier. Having technology skills overall can be helpful to anyone so that they can know exactly where to go when they need to do a chart, or they need to do a presentation people would need to know how to work
