‘Communication is the dynamic process of transmitting and receiving meaningful information’ (Thompson 2008 p. 56). Organisational communication encompasses not only that between individuals, and between groups within organisations, but also the interchange between the organisation and the environment like manager and there sub ordinates, peers etc. for the purpose of communicating information regarding management function like planning, staffing controlling ect. At management level the information was not passed for support, attitude work performance and support with upper management and at also with the same level management in the organization and because of this reason lateral communication structure was also broke down.

There is also need for access communication and managerial communication skill for an effective communication in organization. Access communication means various data are gathered for examining the formal communication system and procedure of the organization for achieving the goal. Accessing the communication in organization there are various techniques like management information system, staff bulletins, performance reports through wich organization can do commination audit and can redevelop the organization structure through fact findings, data analysis, evaluating and reporting methods.

In view of the discussion above, the following recommendations are made regarding actions that could be taken.
