For example, school was a place of insecurity and self doubt while growing up. First experiencing bullying in Fourth grade I felt as though my life had no worth because of how my peers viewed me less than them. Intenses where I would have no other choice but to sit by the school 's yard duties because of fear I’d have a dodge ball thrown at me. Constantly told by children, “You can 't play with us”, “You 're weird” shook my understanding of where I belonged. To this day those children now adults like me are loosely kept in my memory only for moments of reflection I would let the memories hurt me. The bullies that stuck with me the most were three boys who continually pick on me whenever they got the chance. An issue had presented itself where my boss was being unorthodox in the way he’d treat me and the rest of the staff, which I wasn 't so good at keeping quiet about. Given my personality to solve conflict I had talked to my boss and delivered points on how I wished to be treated in the workplace. Unfortunately he had been a very erratic character so my resolution angered him. Realizing the behavior wasn 't going to stop I put my two weeks in for resignation and moved on to a positive management elsewhere. Recently hired at my current job at AMC, the atmosphere of respect and great management has kept me in a very happy place. My resolution skills have served me greatly through conflict in life. Moving forward in my life I’d
