Describe Yourself All of the group is affiliated with U.S. Military, which means that we all have extensive group work experiences. Regardless of military branch, teamwork is vital for success. We like to work alone or be in charge, which gives us a great advantage with an online group assignment. As members of the military we are structured and hard working. In stressful situations we can lean on past experiences to push us through and achieve our goal.
Communication Expectations The group has all agreed that communication is very important in order to produce a quality product and that Blackboard will be checked on a daily basis, and sometimes multiple times a day. The group has a much different schedule and live in different time zones so trying to get on a conference call would be very difficult. Communicating through

Using the rubric is one way for all of the group to have a quality completed assignment. It was determined that the work produced and submitted should be professional. If there is any issues that need to be resolved prior to moving forward, the group has decided to use the majority vote.
Flexibility Expectations
Flexibility and understanding will go a long way and it will help the group to be successful. The group has decided that if something comes up with any individual, then it should addressed immediately. Things all have something going on in our lives and as team members, we have each other backs and will adjust if a member needs some extra time.
Performance Expectations The group expects to receive an “A” on the final submission. That being said, it was agreed that assignments should be produced at the graduate writing level and in the correct APA format. Utilization of a group review will be conducted with every final submission to make sure that we have produced the best draft possible.
