On September 1, 2016, I was dispatched to the station for a report of a domestic dispute.
I arrived on scene and met with Misty Lynn Cartrett. I observed a red mark on the left and right wrist, and a minor wound to the right ring finger. Cartrett stated Seadon Faulkner came into her bedroom at 2521 Barbados Dr and started insulting her. Cartrett told Faulkner to get out of her room. Faulkner left the room and returned doing the same thing. Cartrett stated Faulkner was saying she was not cool and no fun.
Cartrett got out of bed, went into the living room and grab her keys off the table. Cartrett went outside to the car in an attempt to leave. Cartrett said while she was trying to get in the car Faulkner got into her face and head butted her. Faulkner garbbed Cartrett’s hand …show more content…
Cartrett said Faulkner came back into the room and was pulling the covers off and yelling at her. Cartrett said Faulkner left the room, went into the garage and was on his phone. Cartrett went into the garage and told Faulkner to keep it down. Faulkner charged toward Cartrett and pushed her down to the floor. Cartrett was on her hands and knees, trying to get up and Faulkner was on her back.
Cartrett was able to roll her body over onto her back and Faulkner started yelling at her due to his phone being broke. Cartrett said she bite Faulkner on the right shoulder to get him off of her. Faulkner got off of Cartrett and charged at her again to get Cartrett’s daughter’s phone to call the police for breaking his phone and assaulted him. Cartrett said Faulkner was grabbing her and ripping her clothing off of her. Cartrett said they were on their knees fighting.
Faulkner grabbed Cartrett’s right wrist and held it, Cartrett grabbed Faulkner’s hair and he let Cartrett go. Faulkner grabbed Cartrett left wrist to get her to let go of his hair. Cartrett said she grabbed a metal chain Faulkner had around his neck and twisted it until it
