Each child has a different personality in order to able to treat with them you need to have some experience .some time we struggle with kids because we give them the rules and we assume they will follow the direction and we found the children don 't understand what e need from them . Kids need a partially way to communicate effectively with kids in different age. As a communicator with the kids some of the tools such as spend time to listen to them, know how to read them, respect their idea.
if you want to successfully direct the kids in many position like parent or teacher is good to understand some phycology class at least one because that will help you to understand them .after you understand them you will discover why they sometime refuse to follow your direction. also it help know some very simple ways instance try to not contradict your child opinion.if the child refuse to do something you ask him to do it is your responsibility to know why the refused. don 't judging listen to their opinion …show more content…
In fact, preschoolers are often very literal thinkers and interpret ideas concretely. Many are only beginning to think logically and understand sequences of events. as you idol for them so be carefully with your act because they are watch you .So if want to teach them do not lying never lie And so on for sometime kids say no because they want to express them self
