Communication and teamwork is vital in a successful dental office because without good communication or teamwork things could fall apart very easily. All staff at both offices work extremely well together, office A has a lot more staff working at a time so people will pick up the slack when things start running behind; office B does not have enough staff to cover other people but because the receptionist is also a dental assistant so she can cover the DA in the operatory or help when needed. Office A talks to nice to one another but it was strictly work related, the DA was only a temp at this office and did not seem very fond of working there; the dentist seemed to be aware.
