Introduction
Technology has advanced so much in the last 10 years. Software, hardware, networking and the Internet have propelled established businesses and created new businesses, creating a very competitive playing field. Compu-Graphix is a small graphic designing company located at 800 Beverly Parkway, Pensacola, Florida. Since 1986 they have been serving the Pensacola and surrounding areas, making them an industry leader (Compu-Graphix.com). Their staff consists of six dedicated employees. They print signs, banners, vehicle wraps, T-shirts and much more. Its mission is to provide customized, creative and practical quality graphic designs and visual communication services using the best materials. Compu-Graphix goals are to provide their target customers with outstanding service, meet their needs and exceed their expectations at a competitive price. Also, to gain potential customers through their creativity and promotions. In order to achieve these goals, they connect with their customers, go the extra mile to build excellence into their products from concept to delivery and beyond.
Compu-Graphix major competitors are Kool-Graphics and Speed MX Graphics they provide many of the services and products just like Compu-Graphix, so they are competing for the same target customers.

Also, purchasing of new equipment, hardware, software and supplies to keep up with the latest technologies in order to remain competitive. In addition, Compu-Graphix will need to continue training employees to enhance skills.
