Executive Summary
This report is a thorough evaluation of Commonwealth Bank and its role in the financial sector of Australian businesses. The aim is to gain an insight into the nature of it’s services, products and ethical choices that forms this corporation and its work force. This task is a guide to understanding the way corporation functions in the community by collection of information that explains the functionality of the Commonwealth Bank.
Through Journal articles and other sources, I have gathered information that defines and explains key concepts that forms an organization. Commonwealth Bank as the chosen organization has been researched on and its mission, ethical values, structure, profitability and social responsibility will be further more evaluated. The information gathered was used to compare with the results of the personal insight quiz to confirm the eligibility of an employment opportunity at the Commonwealth Bank. My research shows that Commonwealth Bank is a steadily run financial institution that offers a positive and generous hand towards the public.

“The components normally considered part of the general environment are Economic, Technological, Social and Political. The fluctuations of local, national, and world economies are related in many ways, but it is still important to make separate assessments based on organizational scope.
