At aproxamettly 1 a.m. on February 10, 2016, I, Keila Ramsey was dispatched to Apt. 102 at 300 S. Parker Road at 1 a.m. because a neighbor had reported a disturbance.
I arrived near the lobby and looked for Apt. 102, once I found Apt. 102 I rang the bell and hear a man shout, “Shut up and leave us alone.” I rang the bell again and announced that I was a police officer. Barry Chinkowski, opens the door and lets me in. I see a woman sitting on the sofa, looking down at the floor.
Barry Chinkowski exclaims that nothing is wrong. Sally Chinkowski nodded when I asked if she was all right. She continued to look to the floor. I saw a bruise on her right cheek. Barry Chinkowski again tells me that nothing is wrong and orders me to leave. He says that
