Upon arrival, I met with the complainant, Corina Goss. Goss advised she parked her 2015 Hunyadi four door bearing Florida license plate #BLNDBMR in front of her residence on 12/31/2017 at approximately 8:05PM. Goss stated that a friend arrived at her house on 1/1/2018 at approximately 10:30AM and advised her that all four tires on her vehicle were flat. Goss stated that she did not touch or attempt to inflate the tires of her vehicle. I requested Goss to complete a voluntary statement form which she complied.

I observed that all four Firestone Affinity Touring T4 size 215/60/R17 tires on the above mentioned vehicle were flat. I was able to observe one small slash in one of the vehicle tires, however was unable to locate any puncture locations in the remaining three tires. Photographs of the scene were taken and electronically entered into the Port Richey Police Department property room as evidence.

I responded to 7425 Candlelight Court where I met with the resident, Gary Oakely. I was able to review the security camera footage which revealed at approximately 3:30AM a small extended cab pickup was observed pulling out of the victim’s driveway. This vehicle was parked directly in front of the victim’s car. Due to camera angle I was not able to observe any persons exit this vehicle or in the area of the victim's car. Due to poor image quality I am unable to determine the exact make/model or license plate number of this vehicle. No other activity was observed at the victim’s residence via the security video footage. I was able to retrieve two still shot images of this vehicle which were electronically entered into the Port Richey Police Department property room as
