Command Injustices During Arrest Audition

In the prior audit report, there five (5) arrests that require further investigation by command. The command addressed four arrests. One (1) arrest explanation provided by the command was insufficient. The command needs to provide a more detail response regarding why a stop report was not needed for the arrest.
