Command Control Center

In emergency situations, such as the occurrence of a typhoon, the command and control center is first to be established. According to Alberts (2009), the function of a command and control center aims to create, communicate and ensure the understanding of the appropriate intent; determine the responsibilities, roles and relationships of the key players, create rules and constraints; allocate the assets of the institution; monitor and assess all possible situations and assess the progress of the tasks; and continue revising the functions when the center is established in a specific situation.
