On Tuesday, November 1, 2016, at approximately 1230 hours, while present at Group #31, I reviewed the Command Center audio associated with this case. The following was revealed:

On June 9, 2016, Sgt. Lesly Charles, tax #932451 called the Command Center and stated the following:
Sgt. Charles stated that he was contacted by a former Auxiliary Officer, Eddie Nunez. Sgt. Charles stated that he was an Auxiliary Coordinator at the 81 Precinct about six years ago, where Mr. Nunez was assigned. Mr. Nunez informed Sgt. Charles that his wife's car, a BMW was towed while it displayed a duplicate police parking permit. Mr. Nunez stated that he obtained this permit from a retired NYPD Officer. Mr. Nunez was concerned if his wife will get arrested if she

Hernandez #216 at Marina Hall (located at 6515 Ocean Drive Corpus Christi which is on Texas A&M University-Corpus Christ) with talking with the neighborhoods. Upon arrival I activated body camera #5 and made contact with an individual by the name of Austin Lucero (student/resident) who lives next door in apartment #2121. I advised Lucero about the incident that occurred next door.
