Comfort Dental is in the process of hiring and training new staff, but I do not believe they are teaching these new hires how to reflect critical thought and encourage responsible action. For example, I could be considered a new hire in the environment at Comfort Dental, and I do not feel like they are trying to make sure that I am learning anything new. I know that I have previous experience, but it would be nice to learn more about how to be a dentist.

Lastly, I have conveyed how the Jesuit value Women and Men for and with Others is used at Comfort dental to provide those with little income the ability to afford dental care.
