Nowadays, in some history textbooks, the early discoverers like Columbus are treated as an hero. However, I consider that they should not be honored as they are these days. The greed and violence of the discoverers they showed in the land they treated as a colony are hidden in the dark side.
Firstly, The gold and treasure they presented to the country can be told stolen. They stole the properties of the native's by their mighty weapons which are enough to threaten the natives. In addition, the discoverers forced the natives for labor working for their mining of treasures and even kidnapped the chiefs, children, and even hundreds of natives as slaves to their home countries in Europe. There was no merchandise took in an innocent way.
