Columbia College Career Goals

A focus in Financial Economics with an expansive liberal arts background, internship opportunities for professional development at the center of business, and a chance to network and learn abroad. This is why Columbia College interests me the most. Despite my inclination towards the mathematics and business aspects of a liberal arts education, I also aspire to expand my insights beyond the buttons of my TI-84 and into diverse cultures and natural sciences, both inside and outside of the classroom. I find the major of financial economics to be unique to Columbia College and believe that it will to pertinent to my career goals in investment banking.     Coming from an all-girls school, I have been empowered to commit all of my efforts to drive social change.
