Colorado has the highest in altitude of all the states. The states symbols, geography, and points of view are some interesting things in Colorado. The many symbols of Colorado are great characteristics. One of the most visual states there is and also has some of the most major sports teams in the United States.
Colorado has many state symbols that make it the great state that it is. Some of the most important symbols are the state flower is the Colorado Blue Columbine. The state tree is the blue spruce. The bird is a lark bunting and the most important animal is the rocky mountain bighorn sheep. “Where the Columbines Grow” is the states song. If you are looking on a map you might notice there is a CO over the state of Colorado, that is the states abbreviation. If you look up what the state motto is, you might find it is Nil sine numine, in english that means nothing without Providence.

The nickname is the Centennial State. With the many beautiful views and different kinds of mountains, Colorado is a very nice state. The population is 5.356 million as of 2014. There is a diverse mix of people and cultures in the state. There are about 3,560,005 white people,165,063 black or African American, 44,241 American Indian and Alaska Native, 95,213 Asian,10,153 Native Hawaiian and Other Pacific Islander, then there are 364,846 some other race. For all of the people there, there is plenty of room for that many people to live in the 104,185 mi² land area. The state is located in the southern region of U.S. It is almost in the center of the United States like Oklahoma is but it is a list more to the south. There are 7 representatives for the state. They have a few bordering states such as Wyoming to the north, Nebraska to the northeast, Kansas to the east, Oklahoma to the southeast, New Mexico to the south, Utah to the west, and Arizona to the southwest, at the Four
