I wake up with my hair tangled like a spider web. My lips begging for water and my eyes wishing it was still dark. I have thirty minutes to get ready for my job. As usual I log into Facebook. I scroll down and I see everyone enjoying college. I should get ready for work, but I can’t stop scrolling. That’s when I start to think about the opportunity I’m missing out on. On August 2015 I was suppose to attend college. That had to come to a stop because I couldn’t afford tuition. I was going to be the first and youngest of seven children to attend college. Instead I have two jobs and help my struggling father pay rent. I don’t mind helping the people I love most, but it’s time I focus on myself. This coming August I’m attending Colorado Mountain
