My second most active friend is Joey. He is an avid runner and enjoys long marathons. For my other friends Trevor, Brandon, and Muhammad they live more sedentary lifestyles but the most active of our group have been trying to change this mindset. Overall, the people that you surround yourself with play a crucial role in your physical activity level. Those with negative views on exercise will want you to skip on workout days, cheat on meal plans etc. In contrast, being in the company of people who are excited to be physically fit will improve your moral and retention in exercise
