Richland College: The World of Transformation. When I join at Richland College, I use to think that I can get a certificate and I will get a job based on that certificate. At first time when I start my class I was not comfortable in the new environment, but day by day I start feeling comfortable and my thinking process has been changed. After joining the class I learn that though job is important and at the same time learning is also important. To become a successful and responsible human being we need to learn about academic courses and real-life aspects. That’s how the transformation occur day by day. Then day by day I learn how to participate in the class, how to interact with other people and at the same time I find a great learning environment. This is the place of opportunity, the place of transformation, the place of courage, and the place of rising hope. In this college teachers always work hard to make their student successful, they motivate their students to reach at the top. Each member, faculty and employee of Richland college always ready to help students. This is the place where one can learn in a friendly environment. I did not have any idea that college could be such a wonderful place. I have never thought that I could be a part of Scholar Society. Now I am a member of NSCS (National Society of College Scholar.), PTK (Phi Theta Kappa), and Honors Society.
