How often does a college student learn that a fellow peer is 30 years old, married and has a stable job? I certainly didn’t, but the interview I was given the opportunity to deliver showed just that. Going into this interview with Katherine, I didn’t know a thing about her. I approached the interview with a series of generic questions in an attempt to get to know her. I asked about Katherine’s hobbies, family, friends, current job, even where she would like to travel. It was one of the very first questions in our introductions that really piqued my interest.
