The article I will be reviewing is entitled "Hookups": Characteristics and Correlates of College Students' Spontaneous and Anonymous Sexual Experiences by Elizabeth L. Paul, Brian McManus, and Allison Hayes. This study focuses on adolescents and young adults on college campuses and their sexual activities and behaviors. In simpler terms it scrutinizes how college students hookup on college campuses and the various factors that influence them to engage or disengage in sexual intercourse when they hookup. The various factors that influence college student hookups are alcohol, mental conditions, self-esteem, Greek membership, attachment style, and many other psychological and social variables.
