Now, I have to send this semesters grades then get my room and get into classes in East Carolina University (ECU). There were many steps I had to complete before I can go to ECU. Just like ICC I had to set up a Portal or Pirate ID they call it and a email. Then send my Financial aid to ECU by completing the FAFSA. The news step I didn’t a countered during ICC was credit evaluation and Room and board, and a meal plan that fits me. I still want to be a physical therapist, but first a personal trainer. It is a tough and rigors major, but I feel like I can get through it. The only thing that change was how I am going to pay for college and how much of my debt I pay off while I am in college. During my ACA class I learned about my colleges amounts I will have to pay and ways I can pay off my debt while I am in college like working, scholarships, pell grants, and work-study programs. I can do these thing to help reduce the amount of debt I will have to pay in the long-haul. It set my mind that college is an investment in my future and it will cost that I have to payback. It strengths my mindset that I am paying for college, so why not give it all you have. I always believe that working smarter, not harder is the best way to excel in class. It shows that not only ICC strengthen my thoughts, but my overall my set in the transfer process. Being in ICC help me gain new insight in how I see my study habits, organizing skills, transfer process, and my prospective in how I should be going about the rest of my college experience. ICC assistant me in becoming a better version of myself, not only in education wise, but people wise. It showed me that connecting to a larger community of people can aid when you need it and that is how I gain new skills from ICC. Learning the process of transferring to another school and growing at ICC would not happen without
