When viewing essay College Pressure and The Dog Ate My Flash Drive, and Other Tales of Woe a college student would be able to relate to them. As both essays deal with two different subjects that can both effect the person’s college experience. College Pressure deals more with what can happen during their experience that causes the pressure to rise on them. The Dog Ate my Flash Drive, and Other Tales of Woe or College Excuses is based more around different types of excuses a student makes to get a longer time on an assignment. As a comparison of these essays College Pressure and College Excuses, shows different views on the college lifestyle of a stress person and a slacking person.
The first difference between these two essays is when dealing with dorm life. When looking at College Pressure you see the dorm life as envy. As one student stresses over the fact their roommate studies so much, while on the other hand her roommate thought the same about her. This causes both of them to build a high expectations of one another.
