I have been through quite a bit in my short life of eighteen years, and I have grown a very thick skin. My father was involved in my life up until I was 13 years old, and then out of nowhere he dropped my little brother and I off the face of the earth. This gave me the clue that not all people are good, and not all people have the same heart as you. There is always going to be someone who is out to get you, and someone who is not going to want the best for you. This would make me good in your school because I will be able to stand up for myself and speak my mind, and not let anyone push me around. I can be a leader in the classroom, and a leader to other people as well. I have also worked at daycare 's and preschools my entire High School Career, and if I can put up with children ages ranging from infant to six years old, not much can faze me anymore. College is a good place to find out who you really are, and to find out what you want to do with the rest of your life. It is a new place to meet new people and make new memories that will last you a life time. They say that High School is some the best four years of your life, and yes, sometimes that is true, but at the same time, High School is just trying to impress other people by keeping up appearances. Life experiences are some of the greatest things that help you get through life and they will be great things to help you get through college and high school as
