Decisions about college is not important after graduating High for some people. School should be very important for a lot of people because living your dream as becoming a Doctor, lawyer, or Dentists comes to reality showing you can do anything you put your mind too. Some people wonder why they have to pay so much money to go to college just to have a career, so they are left unsaid with a job that pays every two weeks. College is not about brains all the time it is about accomplishing more in life, than just a job on the corner of each highway. People are burning out from just working a "Job" to live comfortable but in the long run a "Career" will save you from burnout, a college degree does not guarantee people will live comfortably and make a lot of money right after college, but hard work pays the price as Jennie LE says " Realistically, having a college degree will likely mean a comfortable living and the opportunity to move up at work and in life" (5). Some people just have to give it time, but the people with college degrees will be more successful than those who do not have one. In addition, many people who work paycheck to paycheck love spending money. As Rodney Smith states "Many are more inclined to spend money on a fancy car or on a less than - modest home than to invest in education." (3). That is the problem people do not think they will succeed in college because they do not have the intelligence or the money that will have to be used or worked for to pay college tuition. Again as Smith states “We are losing our appreciation for education as an investment and stewardship" (3). Many people do not and may never realize that college is important and it may not seem like it is worth it between whatever they are going
