College is imperative for a long and successful life. It has been said knowledge is power and I could not agree more. Increasing my knowledge will prepare me for a better future and help me accomplish my goals. I find learning fascinating, the more I learn the more I want to learn. I chose to go to college and it was one of the greatest decisions I have made. Education is the most important thing in life today to live a successful life. College is a great opportunity for those seeking to increase their knowledge, career preparation, new experiences and doing what they love. I am attending college in pursuit of a nursing career. When we think of a nurse the first thing that comes to mind is somebody who takes care of a sick person. I believe that there is so much more into nursing than that. I did not think I was smart enough to attend college. In high school I used to think of college and be frightened. Now that I can experience going to college it is significant. I have already learned so much and met some awesome people. I know that it is only going to get harder from here on out but it is a risk I am willing to take. I will continue to increase my knowledge and work towards my goals.
