College is a big step for many people. Many are taught that college is the only way they can succeed in life. In most cases, that is true. Like for instance doctors; without their training they wouldn 't be successful in their field. However, there are still a lot of people who do not get a college degree. Instead they go off to the military and go right into the working field. Their reasons can vary and can be personal. I, myself didn 't really see college in my future. I want to show my child(ren) that no matter who you are and what you want to do, college is always an option. College isn 't just for people who have money and want to be rich, college is for everyone who wants to futher their schooling. Just because someone got a higher SAT or ACT score than you doesn 't mean you aren 't college material. The score doesn 't mean you will not do well in college or that you don 't have a chance of getting in. I had a poor SAT score but here I am doing online classes for something I love! Each day may have a challenge but it 's an amazing feeling to over come.

To keep me movtivated through my time here, I will look into different online clubs to join and interact with my peers. Get out in the world and be more social will benifit me more than staying to myself. It will help boost my confidence level, self esteem, and give me an excuse to get my work out in the world for others to see. Clubs will help me find people who have similar interests and eventually help with social skills. It 's never to late to work on social skills!

There is no dream too big or too small. The motivation to start school for me was making a brighter future, having a degree that makes me happy, and to set an example. Not only do I have them, I also will be using the desire to succeed, prove I am not a quitter, and to over come any and all challenges throughout the chosen courses. Utilizing each and every one, will help me to graduate and keep me going through my time here at
