Many children have extraordinary dreams that falter during life’s journey, but occasionally a premature childhood dream becomes reality. Since childhood I have constantly set goals for myself that many would classify as unrealistic. These goals have ranged from becoming an Olympic figure skater to becoming a successful pediatrician. Both of these aspirations have pushed me to become a hard working leader that is both unique and determined. At an early age I fell in love with the art of figure skating, but I never imagined it would teach me valuable lessons of determination and hard work.
