1. Commercial sector: is refers to the transformation of sea resources into products that can be sold.
2. Traditional sector: is the smaller sector, the resources derived from aboriginal people who catch fish for their own consumption.
3. Recreational sector: people who fish as a sport or for recreational purpose only, not to commercialize.
