When left unattended his behavior was often disruptive or destructive. He would race around the house shouting or jump on beds, knocking over fragile objects. He was unaware of his volume and would shout requests for a drink or a snack when his mother was on the phone, regardless of how often she would ask him to speak in a normal level. Even when he was sent to play outside, he would somehow find trouble, which resulted in damaged property and/or an angry neighbor. When he played with his friends he was bossy, continually grabbing their toys and refusing to share his own.
