This quote, for me, means that nothing will be able to appease the unsatisfied. If one is not already grateful for what they have been provided with, not one piece of matter in this world will be able to make one content. This saying allows for me to be respectful of others, and constantly reminds me to not value items solely due their price.
Ever since I was four years old, I have had one dream: to travel to Great Britain. I have always been in love with the diverse culture they have, and how everything there is incredibly tiny and compact. I have adored the different accents, and have always praised the British sense of style.
I also love how close-knit and family-oriented the British culture is, whereas the American one is not as much; everyone just seems "closer together" across the Atlantic.
I have watched a numerous amount of British-Asian movies, which strongly represent the South Asian culture I have always wanted to be a part of here, back home. I have also read several British books, and most of my music library consists of British-style songs. All these mediums of entertainment make me feel homesick for a place I have never been to, and I am longing for the day I will finally set foot on the land of my
