College Admissions Essay: The Primary Colors Of My Life

There are three primary colors: yellow, red and blue. They are unique because no two separate colors can be mixed together to produce them. Yellow symbolizes energy and stability, red symbolizes courage and determination and blue symbolizes wisdom and intelligence. I was born as a primary color and I portray these individual characteristics that make up yellow, red and blue. Every action and decision in my life leads back to these colors.
As a member of the New Hartford Marching Band, as well as other extra-curricular activities, stability and energy are clearly permanent aspects of my life. Practicing on every Tuesday and Thursday night as well as a whole day on Saturday, I have remained loyal to the marching band for three years of high school. Since I am a member of multiple organizations, I have had to hone excellent time management skills. By doing so, I am able to maintain an exceptional academic standing within my high school. As a result of this, I was recently inducted into the Sanger Chapter of the National Honor Society this past October. Throughout my years at the New Hartford Central Schools, I have developed good problem- solving skills and an analytical mind, which has led me to choose my major, forensic accounting. I believe that this is a good fit for me because in order to become a forensic scientist, I must be able to investigate facts and evidence while creating a storyline to reconstruct the crime scene. Moreover, Business has also sparked an interest in my mind; since a young age, I have excelled in math classes. As an effect, I have chosen forensic accounting to be my major in college. This corresponds with the color blue in that I hope to incorporate wisdom and intelligence within my school life to truly develop my intelligence and acquire wisdom for the betterment of my
